1. How do we get a project started?
Call or email us with a brief description of the job, location and time frame to complete.
2. How do you charge for you services?
Depending on the project we may work for a percentage of the value of the project or product. Usually we work for a fixed fee, based on information you provide, paid on a percentage of completion basis.
Example: When 25% of the project is completed we receive 25% of our fee, 50%, 75%, 100%, etc.
3. How often do we receive progress reports?
Depending on the project it may be daily, or once or twice a week.
When Finished... The problem is solved. You will also receive a report detailing all actions taken, and any actions you need to take to avoid a similar situation in the future.
4. What do we get when the project is finished?
Your problem will be resolved. You will also receive an itemized report of all actions taken to complete the project and a list of actions to take should the same situation arise in the future.
5. How specific should I be when I contact you with a problem? Would these be general questions about an issue we are currently experiencing?
The more specific you are, the more specific we can be in recommending all possible solutions to your problem. If needed we will gladly sign a non-disclosure agreement to facilitate the process.
6. Who owns the solution once it is formulated and articulated?
The solution is copyrighted and belongs to FreelanceImprovers.com, but as a part of the process, the client is granted a license and can use it to solve their problem now and in the future. The client cannot re-sell the idea / solution to other companies. The copyright stays with FreelanceImprovers.com. But we may be able to pass on a finder's fee if the client can bring us new clients that may wish to implement out solutions.
7. What different types of resources do we have that we can use to solve your problems?
Our years of experience in a variety of industry's and projects. An attitude of creating successful outcomes for each project.
8. How do you add value to our existing business?
By eliminating the problem and the distractions that come with it. By creating a profit center where a black hole previously existed. By allowing your company to get back to the job of focusing on your real business.
9. Are there specific types of homeowners or the general public we can help you target?
Absolutely. There are direct mail and email lists we manage, to sell to every type of consumer that ever existed. We can help you find the lists, design the mailers and rent or buy the lists of qualified consumers. We can also act as a buffer to the mailing list companies. Experiences with direct mailing companies can be troublesome or worrisome and we can take that problem away as if it never existed.

10. What does the cost structure look like? How do you get paid?
Our fees are based on the information we receive from you. It is based on; expected duration of the project, complexity of the work, specialized equipment and services required, if any.
The expected cost of our services will be given to you for your approval, prior to any work being started.
